Today I ring in a new year! Forty was such a milestone and now that I have that behind me, it's back to birthday's as usual. This year is the rolling birthday - started Tuesday with dinner, Thursday dinner, lunch today and continues thru next weekend! Why not, right? Spring in the south

I did my 10 on 10 challenge yesterday - much easier and better photo opportunity on a weekend rather than a boring old work day. I am also participating in the FatMumSlim photo challenge - the word for the day was "detail" so I decided to work with that theme for my 10 on 10. Here are a few details from the day.

Snow globe
The never-ending snow here makes me feel a bit like I'm living inside a snow globe.
I ventured out to this little park that has a great grouping of evergreens to snap a few photos and videos to document our crazy snowy winter.
