This is really great. I like the little reality check this guy offers in his commencement speech. So much of collegiate life is about cultivating creativity and free thinking - no barriers. But that is not reality once you enter the workforce. There are routines and rules and those things can be a big 'ol drag. But... it i all in how you look at things. I stopped watching American Idol a million seasons ago, but get the updates via other social media on the winners and such. I haven't really cared much for a good number of the winners, but Phillip Phillips may have a new fan! This song is incredible! I went back to listen to some of the other performances of the season and I just love his voice. Very Dave Matthews'esque.

I love this video! The message still applies today, but in such a different medium it's kind of crazy. I wonder if people will look back at videos of this era and think we look as cool and chic as the folks did in the 40's? I seriously doubt it ..
