Today I popped back on my website for something and realized I hadn’t blogged for months! I have gotten away from blogging because, well lets face it, no one reads blogs anymore. I have always blogged for me, but it was so much fun to read other blogs and to have someone read yours and comment. I grew to ‘know’ many people through blogging over the years and think it’s a great platform to create connections. I admit I have gotten lost in the instagram world … time to spend some screen time elsewhere me thinks!
This past weekend was St. Patty’s Day mayhem - throngs of people on every city street and one very green river. I haven’t been down to see it in years so having to run down for a client I thought well let’s go take a peek. It is pretty cool especially when the weather cooperates!

Only my second time to the Chicago auto show and I can say it's just not my thing. I was pretty unimpressed by the displays- only Cadillac had something worthy. As for the cars - some great options but too many people to really check them out.

April 13 : paper : Does anyone read the newspaper anymore? I haven't actually read it in years. And it actually cost $1.50 now! I am pretty sure that in my lifetime the newspaper will cease to exist. Kind of sad.

Feb 16 2015 : from where I stand : north bridge. Had a meeting downtown today, so had the opportunity to walk and have lunch at Eataly ( One of my favorites ) and boy was it cold.
